Melissa Finch-Bratvold
<p><!--block-->Melissa has worked in the field of childcare for the past 20 years, starting as a preschool teacher in the Shoreline School District in North Seattle and most recently with Champions on-site childcare program in the Richland School District as a site director and ten years as the Area Manager. She is happy to return to the KinderCare Education family as the Center Director of the North Richland KinderCare. Melissa is passionate about quality childcare. She is from Pullman Washington and is a WSU alumni. She came to Richland 20 years ago. Melissa is busy raising three sons who are the center of her life.</p>

<p><!--block-->Ms. Rebecca first taught at the Richland KinderCare from 2003-2006. She left KinderCare when she moved to Oregon, where she continued teaching infants and toddler at an Oregon Head Start program for seven years. Wanting to grow as an Educator, Ms. Rebecca recently completed her associate degree in early childhood at Blue Mountain Community College and is rejoining the KinderCare Staff!</p>

Ms. Michelle
<p><!--block-->Ms. Michelle has been teaching at KinderCare since May 2002. She loves helping infants learn and discover new things, as well as watching them grow and develop, and seeing them continue learning as Toddlers! Outside of work, Ms. Michelle enjoys going to hockey games, movies, reading, spending time with family ad spoiling her nieces and nephews.</p>

Ms. Julia
<p><!--block-->Ms. Julia joins the KinderCare team after 15 years of experience at the Tri-Cities Court Club Childcare Center, ten of which she served as the childcare Director. Ms. Julia completed her bachelor of arts degree in Psychology at Western Washington University. She loves kids and having raised her own four children she is excited to be a part of caring for other people's little ones. When she's not caring for infants, she's often watching her kids play sports. </p>

Ms. Trish
<p><!--block-->Ms. Trish has worked at KinderCare since October of 2013. She started a home daycare when her children were toddlers, and she has worked with young children, both in the school districts and childcare centers ever since. Ms. Trish has two grown children and one very special (very well loved) grandchild. Ms. Trish's life motto is that children should be treated with respect, the same as adults like to be treated. She models her motto in her work everyday!</p>
